Cyber safety roll-up Bastion rolls up threat intelligence specialist Cassini

Newly fashioned cyber safety professional Bastion Stability Group has obtained Wellington-dependent cyber risk intelligence company Cassini. 

Independently-owned Bastion has all-around 200 organization and government prospects and with a team of above 130. 

The enterprise was established by way of the April 2023, Quadrant Personal Fairness-funded merger of three set up IT protection firms: Quantum Safety, ZX Stability, and Helix Protection, now joined by Cassini. 

Bastion CEO Eugene Gibney explained the workforce at Cassini had been extremely regarded in the sector and would complement the products and services of Bastion “flawlessly”. 

“Acquiring the abilities from the 4 enterprises put together in Bastion will give us a launch pad to unlock even further growth each organically and by way of acquisitions as we grow into new company choices and geographies,” Gibney claimed.
