Officials say Carthage Location Clinic and Claxton Hepburn Healthcare Center in Ogdensburg learned the incident Thursday at somewhere around 6 p.m.
As a precaution, the unexpected emergency rooms at Carthage and Claxton have been set on diversion, which means other spot hospitals have been notified and are organized to obtain people as wanted.
